Because this event has been reserved and prepaid for at The Thompson Hotel, there is a $500 non-refundable cancellation fee at registration. All cancellations made a minimum of 90 days will receive a refund (minus $500 non-refundable). Any cancellations 30-90 days before the event will receive a 50% refund (minus $500 non-refundable). Any cancellations within 30 days of event will have no refund.
