Virtual Making Love Retreat (Level 2)

Are you ready for more?

  • Have you completed VMLR Level 1?
  • Are you ready to learn more ways to sexually connect with your spouse?
  • Will you invest 36+ hours into making some marital dreams come true?

If you answered “Yes!” to these questions then VMLR Level 2 is for you!

What You Will Learn

Session one

Sexual Differentiation & Sensuality

The process of differentiating sexually is essential for a passionate, monogamous marriage. Discussing deeper layers of your relationship allows for greater understanding of yourself and your spouse. Sensuality, learning through our senses, is one of the most replenishing ways to actually feel sexual energy creatively expand, while feeling increased loving connection. Replenish means “to fill up; to renew; to energize; to restore” – this session will do all of this for your marriage.

Tammy ends the session by giving some experiential homework to practice passionate replenishment all night long, if you want!

Session two

Incorporating Sexual Fantasy Play

By synchronizing your pleasure points with your inner psyche, a new intensity of playfulness can be experienced together. The experiential homework practices from this session will definitely require trust and vulnerability within your relational dynamic, as fantasy can allow unrecognized parts of yourself to surface and be seen by your spouse. Along with this foundational security however, a new depth of intimacy (‘in-to-me-see”) is shared that can take your relationship to a whole new level.

More fun homework after this last session of VMLR Level 2.

Session three

Understanding the G-Zone for Greater Feminine Pleasure

Through the experiential opportunities found in this lesson, a couple will manage sexual communication as they come to a greater knowledge of the five areas of pleasure found only in the G-Zone. There is nothing that feels quite as empowering for a husband than really knowing his wife’s sexual possibilities. A wife can be taken to new sexual heights as she better understands how she’s divinely designed to experience tremendous pleasure. Working together, you can create a whole new dimension of sexual passion.

Tammy will again give you homework after the session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need to complete VMLR level 1 before coming to Level 2?

Absolutely! Because Level 2 builds upon the knowledge shared in VMLR Level 1, it is necessary for a couple to do Level 1 first. Only participants who successfully completed Level 1 will be admitted into the Level 2 retreat.

How do I schedule 48 hours alone with my spouse?

One of the important aspects of the Virtual Making Love Retreat is being alone. Learning and practicing techniques are part of the plan. Tammy shares the dates of these retreats early specifically so that couples can plan how to create this alone time and space. Your marriage  relationship needs to be a first priority. Planning and scheduling for this retreat is an indication that you are putting effort and time into your marriage.

What if I have a baby?

This may not be the right time for you to participate in the retreat. If your baby is healthy and a good sleeper perhaps this will work for your situation. Remember, the intention is to have quality time building your sexual relationship. This happens best when you create alone space and time.

How private is this retreat?

Tammy has taught and attended many retreats. In many of these live retreats you are actively engaging with other couples. There are frequently questions or comments that cross-the-line in privacy, in Tammy’s opinion. One of the beautiful things about this retreat is the privacy. You don’t know who else is participating. You never have to turn on your computer camera. You can stay mute. You can change the name of your screensaver. Many couples who have attended past retreats have commented on the high quality privacy that this retreat provides.

Why do you do this retreat?

Great question! Tammy believes in marriage! She also believes that one of the greatest joys we can claim in life is found through sexual pleasure and erotic passion in marriage. Tammy wants to strengthen couples sexually so that they can stand together in facing the labors involved with family life. Scientific research is conclusive that couples who have frequent and satisfying sex have the most resilient and happy marriages. Tammy knows that by consecrating time, energy, and other resources into the sexual aspect of your marriage, you will be happier and stronger together. In this, Tammy is fulfilling one of her passions –strengthening marriages.

How does it work?

On Friday evening we will have our first guided session. Tammy will teach a 90 minute session. Then you have time together to practice what you’ve been taught. If at any time you have questions, please email  tammy@tammyhill.com and she will anonymously answer your questions at the beginning of the next session. Saturday mid morning and Saturday evening we will meet again for 90 minutes each session. Again Tammy will teach new information and allow time for you to practice the “homework” while you’re alone together.

Technically the retreat ends around 9 pm on Saturday evening. Tammy encourages couples to have Saturday night and Sunday morning alone together for further practice. This is important, quality time, to strengthen the sexual aspect of your marriage.

Can we stay home?

Absolutely! Tammy intentionally keeps the price of this retreat low so that couples in every stage of life can afford to learn. You can choose to stay home alone or find a place that is alone together to participate in this retreat.

Will this be recorded?

No. Tammy does not record my presentations. This is one of the reasons that the  price of attendance is intentionally kept low.

How much does this cost?

Another great question! $235 for 5 hours with Tammy! In couples sex therapy Tammy generally charge $245/50 minute session. And although this is NOT therapy, her time in teaching is obviously at a great discount. Tammy keeps the retreat fee low because she wants to bless as many marriages as she possibly can.

What are your credentials?

Tammy is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, an AASECT (American Association of Sexual Educators, Counselors, and Therapists) member, and a former faculty member for the School of Family LIfe at Brigham Young University. Tammy has spent the past 12 years teaching and conducting therapy with both individuals and couples. She is also a wife, mother and grandmother.
